Research Centre Applied Physics

Vision

The Department of Physics looks to a future where we keep learning more about the physical world. We want to use the power of physics to help solve big problems in society. Our goal is to be a world leader in new research, creative teaching, and important discoveries. We work to help people better understand the universe and use physics to make the world a better place.

Mission

The mission of the Department of Physics is to help grow scientific knowledge through careful research and study. We create a welcoming and active learning space where students can build strong thinking, problem-solving, and lab skills.

These skills will help them succeed in many different careers. We work together with others through research, partnerships, and community activities to make real contributions to science, technology, and solving big world problems.

Our department values curiosity, creativity, and doing what is right. We support a diverse group of students and teachers who care about learning, excellence, and finding the truth.
